Hi everybody! High season has indeed started and time to cook is not so much, but this dessert is so easy, quick and most of all delicious that I couldn’t resist sharing it…
- 250g milk cream
- 250-300g strawberries
- 4 tbsp sugar
Firmly whip the cream with 2 spoons sugar; gently wash and chop the strawberries, then mix them, in a separate bowl, with 2 spoons sugar. Add the strawberry sauce to the whipped cream, spoon by spoon. Pour the cream into a plum-cake mould (if you don’t use a silicone one, I suggest coating it with cellophane film) and store it in the freezer for at least 2 hours. When serving, you can decorate with strawberry sauce. Perfect Springtime treat!
