Museums are opening again in Venice!

We at Luxrest Venice are always keeping an eye on what's new in Venice, and we're very happy to announce that during February 2021 museums in Venice are progressively opening back to the public, displaying special exhibitions and offering, in some cases, free entry!

Let's start with Palazzo Grassi, the wonderful, renovated palace on the Grand Canal, in San Marco district, temple of contemporary art: starting from the 11th of February 2021, it will be open on Thursdays and Fridays, with free entry, from 10 am to 7pm. Two beautiful exhibitions are on, “Henri Cartier-Bresson. Le Grand Jeu” and “Youssef Nabil. Once Upon a Dream”.

The venues will then close on the 26th of February for renovation works. The time frame to visit this wonderful place is therefore limited! If you have the chance to visit Venice at this time of the year, this is a site not to miss! And of course, take a look at our suggestions for accommodations, in the side bar: these apartments in Venice are very conveniently located to head to palazzo Grassi. Don't hesitate to contact us for any advice you may need to plan your stay in Venice!
