Signs of SAD? Enjoy the autumn festivities in Venice!

Feeling tired, melancholic and slightly lethargic? It could be due to the season - the colder and shorter days may bring some stress and fatigue, especially when longer holidays are still far away to come.

A good thing to do could be to focus on the smaller, happier and cheerful events of the season: despite the shorter days, we're experiencing an exceptionally sunny Autumn, which pulls us to have at least a short walk in the sun and enjoy the delicate sunlight.

Moreover, November is full of action in Venice! After the brief AllSaints weekend, we're having San Martino day today, where you can cross cheerful children gangs banging pots and pans to get candies in the shops; the 21st November will be the Salute feast, where you can reach the Salute church on foot through the votive bridge, light a candle to ask for good health for the coming year and buy a baloon and a fritter to complete the tradition!

And, if you feel more cultural, from the 14th November you can enjoy the renewed, cosy Casa del Cinema Pasinetti in Santa Croce: a cinema which is probably smaller than your living room, but offering plenty of rare and uncommon film screenings, mostly in Original Version. You can check the full program here: https://www.circuitocinemavenezia.it/

What are you waiting for? Take the chance to enjoy a stroll in Venice and the low season fares! We look forward to welcoming you!
