This modern, large and elegant four-room apartment is located on the Giudecca island, fondamenta San Biagio, in a beautiful typical Venetian building. Giudecca, one vaporetto stop from the Zattere promenade and the Dorsoduro district, is the ideal place if you want to enjoy Venice while leaving the crowds of tourists behind. It is an oasis of peace and tranquility, where you can walk while admiring the view of Venice or the lagoon, which is equally pleasant. Giudecca has also become home to new, young activities by designers, artists and photographers and it is not uncommon to find artists' ateliers or small studios. The Casa dei Tre Oci always hosts new photography exhibitions (but the palace alone is worth a visit) and on the island you will find several very interesting architectural interventions, the recovery of ancient industrial buildings. For daily life, there are small supermarkets, grocery stores and restaurants of all kinds. However, let's not forget the beautiful church of the Zitelle and of course the Redentore, home of the famous festivity on the 3rd weekend of July, with the construction of the votive bridge and the magnificent fireworks on the water.
