This spacious, sunny and charming apartment is located in Sant'Elena, at the eastern tip of Castello district, in the very green lung of Venice. A quaint, peaceful corner, immersed in a restful pinewood with an unequaled sight on the city's skyline, barely reached by any tourist. Perfectly based for visiting the Biennale venues, it's also a comfortable spot to get to Lido's golden beaches and its glamourous Cinema Festival in September, as well as Saint Mark's square, reachable with a pleasant 15 minutes' stroll along the sunny Riva degli Schiavoni. For your daily shopping, you can head to the nearby via Garibaldi, a genuinely Venetian and lively street, offering all kind of local shops and restaurants.

The apartment, is 170 sqm in surface and it's located on the 3rd floor (with lift - please note that you need to climb 5 steps to enter the elevator) of a big condo with communal garden (it's not possible to eat, but you're more than welcome to enjoy this outdoor space and sit on the benches). It sleeps 6 persons in 3 bedrooms.

It's composed of an entrance-corridor which leads, on its 2 sides, onto the main rooms: on the left you will find a spacious living room, offering a marvellous view over the tall, linden trees of Sant'Elena and the basin; beside this sunny room you will find a large double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and window and another, smaller bedroom. From the center of the corridor you access the large kitchen room, with a 5-burner stove and a large electric oven, as well as a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washer and dryer. You will notice the charming cooker hood, giving the room a cosy touch. The corridor will lead you to another, very spacious bedroom and a bathroom with tub and window. Because of the high floor, all of the rooms offer an open view and receive plenty of sunlight.
