A walk along this island will allow you to appreciate the view of Venice on one side and towards the sea on the other. It is a small world apart where you can experience Venice in an alternative way, and which allows you to easily reach connections with the mainland, thanks to the direct vaporetto to the Santa Lucia station, Marco Polo airport and the Piazzale Roma terminal.
The apartment is located on the 5th (top) floor, with lift, of the condominium and enjoys a beautiful open view of the lagoon and splendid light.
It consists of a small entrance hall, living room with large sofa, TV, open kitchen and dining table, double bedroom with built-in wardrobe and TV, large bathroom with tub. It is complete with air conditioning, wifi, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, stove. It can accommodate a maximum of 2 people and pets are not allowed.
