This large, modern and elegant apartment is located in the heart of Cannaregio district, one of the most pleasant, authentic and at the same time lively areas in Venice. From the windows of this sumptuous and bright apartment you can admire a splendid view of the canal and the church of the Misericordia, previously converted to the basketball court of the Reyer Venezia team (!) and recently home to interesting exhibitions and events. In the immediate vicinity you can visit the Ca 'd'Oro, the magnificent Jesuit church (with magnificent interiors that make it one of the most beautiful churches in Venice), but also simply stroll along the peaceful fondamenta (streets along the canals) of the Misericordia and degli Ormesini and go to the ghetto, passing by nice cafes with open air tables. If you want to go towards the center, you can reach the Rialto bridge in 10 minutes on foot and Saint-Mark's square in 15-20 minutes, but you will still be able to easily take a vaporetto: the Ca 'd'Oro and Fondamente Nuove stops. They are just a few minutes walk and you can easily reach the airport, the railway station, the islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello and the Lido.
