Barbara Carron completed her training in the field with a degree in Ornamental Greenery and Landscape Protection and a training gardener course. She thus brings cross-disciplinary expertise, together with a 20 years experience in the Venetian real estate market and a past degree in Architecture, to provide targeted suggestion and advice for an optimal choice and management of the green areas of your property.
The design, construction and maintenance of the green areas is provided in collaboration with Nonsoloverde, specialized cooperative with over 30 years of experience in the creation and management of green spaces in the Venetian area.
Luxrest Venice also started a new partnership with ALETHEIA, interior design studio oriented to real estate development and sales. Aletheia Design Studio was founded to uncover the soul of interiors through thoughtful, intentional design. With backgrounds in interior architecture, product design, and project management, they approach each project as a dialogue between people, place, and material. Aletheia can provide, among their services, renderings and enhancement solutions to increase the attractiveness of listings and reduce sales times.
